What is the autofill password all about?
The autofill password is a simple way to recall some of the information already stored in the server.
To use autofill simply fill in all of your information, type in a password, and set the autofill password to "on"(bottom of the page). If you forget your password, you can either call in and get it from the web page admin(Dallas?), or just type in a new password that will work for your next registration.
To recall your information type your name, your password, and try to autofill.
How do "credits" work?
Whenever youth do a fund raiser, or service through the help project they divide up the money that they earned according to how many hours each person worked.
So, if youth-x works 2 hours, and youth-y works 3 hours on a fund raiser that raises $50, youth-x earns $20 and youth-y earns $30.
Credits may be used for christian events and purposes at the youth directors discression.
Credits are only available for active persons in the youth program, so after a youth finishes high school, unless they remain active in the youth program, or designate otherwise, the money that they have earned will go back into the general youth fund.
What is the help project?
The help project is a special fund set up by private(mostly anonymous) individuals to help promote servant events.
How it works is simple. When a youth does a servant event or service activity they can earn $/hour(eg.$10/hour), and money will go into their "account" at the church. They can spend then that money on youth events and the like.
If there is an expense to the servant event, for example supplies need to be bought, that is subracted from the total money earned. So if 4 youth work 10 hours each on an event, and the cost for the event was $200, they would each earn $50 into their account.
Not all servant events are eligable, so please check with Dallas before hand(or after) to see if a servant event would be acceptable. Nearly all servant events through the youth program will be counted for the help project.
Since anonymoty was a major factor when this was set up, these funds are managed solely by the youth director.
